Ordering

Who am I buying from?

Each product is sold by the independent shop named on its page. Lekker Market runs the marketplace, takes your payment and passes your order to the shop.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest and use the link on your order page to check it later. With an account, all your orders are in one place and checkout fills in your details for you. Create an account

How do I check my order?

Open the link from your order confirmation, or sign in and go to My orders.

Delivery

Every shop sends its own parcel by courier, so an order from two shops arrives as two parcels. Delivery costs R 99,00 per shop. You see the exact amount before you pay.

How long it takes depends on where the shop is and where you are. Your order page shows each parcel’s progress.

Add a note for the courier at checkout, such as a gate code. If someone else will receive the parcel, give their name and mobile number.

Payment

You pay in Payfast’s secure payment window, by card, instant EFT and other options Payfast offers. Your card details go to Payfast and are never stored by Lekker Market or the shop.

Prices are in rand and include VAT where the shop is VAT-registered. Your invoice comes from the shop and is available on your order page once you’ve paid.

Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind, and faulty items within 6 months. How returns work
